The Finca - El Sueño
The Finca - El Sueño with a living area spanning 240 m² is situated on an approx. 15,000 m² secluded property. It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath, shower and toilet. In addition, there’s also a dressing room with wardrobes. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor and have access to a rooftop terrace; the third bedroom is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden.

On the ground floor, there’s an entrance hall, living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a guest WC. There’s also a utilities room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a storage room for foodstuff.
The Finca is habitable all the year round thanks to central heating and a fireplace in the living room. The living room is equipped with a 55" HD-SAT-TV and all rooms have a SONOS sound system. The spacious covered terrace has a large dining table for 8 people, as well as an outdoor sofa and two comfortable armchairs.

The outside area has a wonderful 15 * 5 metre pool and a lounging area with 6 sunbeds, a parasol and an outdoor shower. There’s also a large outdoor grill and marble table. The whole garden and pool are illuminated in the evening.

The property is secured with two large rolling gates and the entrance to the property is accessible only with a remote control. The entire property is also fenced and safeguarded.

The spacious driveway in front of the entrance provides enough space for several passenger vehicles and gives direct access through the garage to the utilities and storage room.

The Mediterranean garden is beautifully laid out with old olive trees and large palms. A part of the property is used as a plantation and has very many olive, orange and lemon trees.
In winter, there’s a freestanding garden sauna.
